Employee Benefits Marketing Specialist

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Marketing Specialist to manage group health benefit renewals for clients. This role involves project management, data analysis, carrier quote management, and creating renewal presentations. You will also support prospective client quoting and ensure smooth transitions to client service teams.

• Manage end-to-end annual Group Health benefits renewal process
• Request and manage RFP and quote process with insurance carriers
• Create and manage spreadsheets for quote information
• Develop recommendation plans and proposals for clients
• Assist with medical quoting, enrollment, and takeover paperwork
• Create "Benefits User Guides" brochures
