Senior GTM Growth Marketer

Pantheon is seeking a Senior GTM Growth Marketer to join a fast-paced, startup-like team focused on identifying and scaling growth opportunities. This role involves developing and executing innovative go-to-market strategies, testing new approaches, and collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to drive business growth.

• Develop and execute GTM experiments to identify customer profiles, segments, and growth opportunities
• Build and iterate growth programs across various channels including outbound and digital campaigns
• Analyze customer and sales insights to identify trends and inform GTM strategy
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to refine messaging and improve positioning
• Own measurement frameworks and tools for GTM experiments and growth initiatives
• 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing or GTM experience
