This role focuses on building attention, relevance, and community across social, creator partnerships, and other earned channels to make mental health care more accessible.

• Own organic brand and distribution strategy across social, creators, and partnerships
• Build an audience-first distribution model
• Lead owned social strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop creator and influencer strategy as a core organic distribution channel
• Identify and test new distribution opportunities and emerging platforms
• Manage and mentor a team across organic social and creator functions
