Kemper is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive marketing and communication strategies for the Personal Auto business across an assigned regional portfolio. This role will collaborate with internal partners to position Kemper Auto uniquely in the marketplace and achieve profitable new business growth.

What we are looking for

Develop and execute marketing and communication campaigns for assigned geographies
Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify positioning opportunities
Own and manage marketing content strategy, including creation across various channels
Build relationships with Product, Sales, and field teams to align marketing initiatives
Utilize marketing platforms to deploy programs, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 4-5 years of marketing experience
