Telecom Operations Lead

TextNow is seeking a Telecom Operations Lead to manage the operational health of its telecom partner ecosystem. This role involves overseeing day-to-day relationships with vendors and carriers, optimizing telecom costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic telecom initiatives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain network reliability and cost-efficiency.

• Own day-to-day relationships with telecom vendors, carriers, and network providers
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and escalations
• Analyze cost variances and identify opportunities to reduce telecom costs
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to execute telecom regulatory initiatives
• Lead the business execution of telecom initiatives like native calling and international roaming
• Requires 8+ years of experience in telecom operations or carrier partnerships
