Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Rithum is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising initiatives and drive client acquisition through performance marketing, with a focus on B2B Google SEM. You will own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, leveraging AI and data to optimize performance and achieve ROI targets. This role requires a data-driven approach and collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.

• Spearhead digital advertising strategy and execution with a focus on B2B Google SEM
• Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, including planning, optimization, and analysis
• Monitor KPIs and conduct A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams
