Digital Retail Manager

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Digital Retail Manager to own the end-to-end performance and day-to-day management of their Walmart.com and Target.com platforms. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to drive revenue growth, manage retail media, and execute merchandising and promotional strategies. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketplaces & Digital Retail and be based in Marina Del Rey, CA.

• Drive revenue growth on Walmart.com and Target.com
• Manage performance reporting and insights
• Oversee day-to-day channel management including item setup and catalog health
• Partner with agencies on retail media execution
• Execute merchandising and product launches
• Coordinate price, pack, and promotional strategies
