Director, Marketing

Kite, a Gilead company, is seeking a Director, Regional Marketing to drive engagement with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders in the hematology/oncology space. This field-based role focuses on building educational platforms, gathering insights, and informing brand strategies for CAR T-cell therapies. The position requires extensive travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance the adoption of Kite's innovative cancer treatments.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with national and regional opinion leaders in Hematology
• Create regional opinion leader strategies and ensure alignment with cross-functional partners
• Gather insights from opinion leaders to shape brand strategies and identify market gaps
• Lead the development and execution of third-party educational programs and speaker's bureau activities
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Congress Strategy teams
• Requires extensive travel (>60%) within the assigned region
