Senior Manager, Marketing

SEI is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and innovate marketing strategies for the Stratos platform within our Asset Management division. You will develop and execute data-driven campaigns, thought leadership, and digital-first initiatives to drive advisor and end-client acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in complex marketing programs and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Design and lead innovative marketing strategies for advisor and end-client acquisition
• Oversee complex, mid-to-large-scale marketing programs aligned with growth objectives
• Implement a digital-first approach with a focus on content journeys and engagement
• Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership, sales, and relationship management teams
• Utilize data and key metrics to refine initiatives with a "launch, test, learn, optimize" mindset
• Minimum 10 years of experience in specialized marketing disciplines and complex program delivery
