Cooley is seeking a Content Strategy & Production Manager to lead their Integrated Content Marketing Team. This role involves transforming complex legal concepts into market-facing thought leadership and campaign assets, combining content development, editorial oversight, and team leadership to advance the firm's brand and business goals.

• Conduct interviews with senior partners to extract complex legal concepts
• Draft foundational go-to-market materials and long-form thought leadership
• Package editorial drafts for distribution and email assets
• Conduct topic and keyword research for content targeting
• Edit work of external contract writers and copy editors
• Supervise and mentor direct reports, manage team performance
