Manager, Commercial Marketing

As a Manager, Commercial Marketing for Digital Health, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of Baxter's digital health solutions. You will translate product strategies and market insights into effective sales enablement, integrated campaigns, and customer engagement programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute downstream marketing plans and product launch activities
• Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing content
• Lead campaign ideation, development, and activation
• Translate complex healthcare technology concepts for diverse audiences
• Monitor market dynamics and customer needs to inform strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and other key stakeholders
