Marketing Strategy Manager

Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for Lane Bryant, a plus-size women's fashion retailer. This role focuses on building an inclusive brand presence, driving customer acquisition and retention, and supporting revenue growth across all channels. The ideal candidate has strategic brand leadership, data-driven marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the plus-size fashion customer.

• Develop and execute 360 omni comprehensive brand strategy
• Champion a brand voice reflecting inclusivity, confidence, and empowerment
• Support Director of Marketing to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage execution of seasonal events and collaborations
• Oversee and support weekly/daily product & promotional messaging
• Collaborate with creative & visual on in-store sign execution
