What we are looking for

Manage and develop a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits
Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans from inception to completion
Critically edit and proof content for compelling proposals and presentations
Establish processes for quality proposals and adherence to brand standards
5-7 years A/E/C industry experience with supervisory and proposal development track record
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
