This role brings Lilly’s voice to life across corporate social and digital channels as a hands-on content creator. You will translate enterprise priorities into engaging, social-first content that builds community and connects with audiences. It’s a maker’s role for someone who can take a story from concept to published post, raising the quality and creativity of the work.

What we are looking for

Create platform-native content across formats, including short-form video and social-first storytelling
Own content workstreams end-to-end, from concept to performance follow-up
Translate complex topics into clear, engaging stories reflecting Lilly’s voice
Ensure content is optimized for traditional search and AI-generated answers
Use AI-enabled tools to support ideation, drafting, and production
Monitor content performance and audience response to improve future content
