Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Amylyx Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to manage and optimize marketing processes, including asset lifecycle, speaker bureau operations, and event coordination. This role ensures marketing initiatives are executed with quality, consistency, and compliance, partnering closely with various internal and external teams.

• Manage print production and fulfillment for marketing assets
• Own speaker bureau operations and vendor management
• Support coordination of marketing events and congress activities
• Assist with marketing budget and contract management
• Serve as liaison for Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings
• Act as project manager for brand and tactical planning processes
