International Growth Marketing Manager

LaunchDarkly is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth in EMEA and APJ through strategic digital campaigns and paid channels. This individual contributor role involves hands-on execution, shaping regional marketing approaches, and collaborating closely with global marketing and regional sales teams.

• Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth via digital and paid channels
• Partner on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, paid ABM)
• Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging and build region-native content
• Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for EMEA and APJ
• 8+ years' B2B SaaS digital/growth marketing experience in EMEA and APJ
• Track record of end-to-end digital pipeline growth ownership
