This role partners with producers, editors, and leadership to ensure efficient project execution from planning to delivery, while maintaining high standards and an exceptional agent experience.

Serve as operational partner for Studios producers across assigned markets
Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and project timelines
Drive communication across cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Monitor production workflows and identify operational bottlenecks
Maintain project management systems and production schedules
Coordinate production logistics, freelancer resources, and remote editing partners
