Marketing Specialist, AEO Operations

PLACE is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage online reputation and brand perception across search, social, and AI platforms. This role involves daily content creation, monitoring, and reporting for multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and positive representation. You will collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to execute the ORM/AEO strategy and improve processes.

• Own day-to-day content creation and monitoring across social, web, and video
• Take accountability for sentiment, visibility, and content accuracy metrics
• Execute ORM/AEO strategy and proactively flag gaps or issues
• Monitor brand representation across AI answer engines
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for performance tracking
• 3-6 years of marketing, content, or social media experience
