About this role

Epic Kids Inc. is seeking a contract Conference Coordinator to manage their presence at over 10 EdTech events annually. This role focuses on creating engaging experiences to drive educator awareness, adoption, and word-of-mouth for their digital reading platform. You will handle all aspects of conference logistics, from booth setup and vendor coordination to designing activations and tracking lead capture.

What we are looking for

Manage end-to-end conference operations for 10+ EdTech events annually
Design engaging booth experiences and programming to attract educators
Drive first-time educator sign-ups and trial activations
Own lead capture, CRM upload, and post-event reporting
Track project timelines and manage conference budgets
Requires 3-5 years in EdTech or educator-facing roles with event management experience
