Paid Social Manager

Prophet is seeking a Paid Social Manager to oversee daily paid social campaign management, optimization, and reporting. This role involves leading client conversations, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development, blending hands-on campaign execution with developing leadership skills.

• Own execution of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Achieve excellence in campaign planning, setup, optimization, reporting, analysis, and budget management
• Lead client conversations and contribute to internal and client discussions
• Apply AI tools to enhance insights, quality, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with paid search, programmatic, and analytics teams
• Support and mentor junior team members
