Assistant Marketing Manager

Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on solutions selling and demand generation. You will collaborate with business partners and agencies, provide sales support, and manage campaign performance and budgets. This role requires independent initiative and the ability to guide junior team members.

• Conceptualize and lead marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
• Drive solutions-focused planning and demand generation
• Execute end-to-end marketing events and programs
• Manage marketing budgets (MDF, Co-op) and reporting
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT industry experience
• Experience in solutions marketing and channel ecosystems
