Growth Marketing Manager

Aiwyn is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the demand generation engine for our B2B SaaS platform. You will be responsible for building awareness, generating qualified meetings, and optimizing the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closed deal. This role requires a strategic thinker who loves to build and execute campaigns across various channels, leveraging customer success stories to drive pipeline growth.

• Own demand generation from campaign plan to pipeline report
• Develop and execute campaigns across webinars, email, paid media, social, and ABM
• Repurpose content from webinars and events into a full suite of marketing assets
• Build and optimize nurture tracks and campaigns in HubSpot
• Track and report on key growth metrics including lead generation, pipeline, and ROI
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience with strong writing and analytical skills
