Growth Marketing Lead

As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will own high-impact client accounts end-to-end at a fast-growing AdTech company. You'll sit at the intersection of media strategy and creative performance, driving efficient spend and account scalability across paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google.

• Oversee annual media budgets of $5M to $50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Lead client relationships through regular meetings and strategy sessions
• Develop cohesive growth strategies centered on creative performance
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for clients
• 4-8 years of paid media experience with agency background preferred
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta paid advertising platforms
