Marketing Acceleration Manager

Mars is seeking a Marketing Acceleration Manager to drive strategic priorities and optimize the marketing organization's operations. This role will focus on coordination, planning, and leadership to ensure key initiatives are on track, teams are aligned, and accountability is maintained across the function.

• Drive visibility, alignment, and execution of Marketing's highest-priority initiatives
• Lead coordination of the Marketing organization's operating rhythm
• Own the Marketing learning and development agenda
• Design and deliver impactful Marketing-wide events and experiences
• Develop reporting and visibility tools for organizational health
