Marketing Pursuits Specialist

The Pursuits Specialist provides administrative and production support to the Business Development and Marketing teams. This role involves maintaining databases, creating interview and proposal materials, coordinating marketing events, and assisting with research and lead qualification.

• Provide administrative and production support to Business Development and Marketing
• Maintain Business Development databases and client contact information
• Create interview materials, presentations, and proposal drafts
• Assist in coordinating marketing events and promotional literature
• Research and qualify leads
• Minimum two years administrative experience
