Manager, Growth Operations

Fox Corporation is seeking a Manager, Growth Operations to lead subscriber growth initiatives for its new direct-to-consumer streaming platform, FOX One. This role involves building and scaling processes, tools, and programs to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to translate business objectives into scalable operational solutions and optimize workflows for executional excellence.

• Lead operational execution of subscriber growth initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development
• Define and document business requirements and operational processes
• Build and maintain scalable processes, workflows, and playbooks
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational tooling and automation
• Measure and monitor performance of growth initiatives
