• Oversee development and execution of email campaigns
• Manage campaign execution, customer retention, and list segmentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Site Management, Merchandising, and Creative
• Plan, develop, and execute strategic A/B tests
• Edit HTML templates and create ad hoc emails
• Understand email marketing best practices and list management principles
