About this role
Join ESPN's DTC & Growth team as a CRM Coordinator to execute customer marketing campaigns across the subscriber lifecycle. You will manage campaign deployment, audience targeting, and performance tracking, collaborating with various teams to enhance the fan experience and drive subscriber growth.
What we are looking for
6- Manage end-to-end deployment of CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging
- Partner with Marketing Operations for audience targeting, campaign setup, and QA
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for campaign intake, timelines, and approvals
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results for optimization opportunities
- Support execution of lifecycle marketing programs for onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Assist in development and management of CRM testing roadmaps
