Director, Marketing Enablement

Asurion is looking for a Director of Marketing Communications Enablement to lead customer communication strategies across email, SMS, and print. This role involves driving communication effectiveness, operational excellence, and platform strategy while managing a team of six and a $15 million budget. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in customer communication technologies and marketing operations.

• Lead end-to-end execution of customer communications across email, SMS, and print
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operational effectiveness of communication technology platforms
• Manage strategic relationships with communication vendors, technology partners, and agencies
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six communications professionals
• Manage an annual communications operations budget of approximately $15 million
