Senior Director of Marketing

Mantra Health is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts as we scale. You will own demand generation, brand strategy, campus marketing, and marketing operations, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can build a marketing function from the ground up, drive measurable results in a complex B2B sales environment, and develop a high-performing team.

• Lead demand generation, brand, content, and campus marketing strategies
• Own marketing operations and the marketing technology stack
• Manage and develop a team of five marketers
• Drive measurable pipeline growth in a long B2B sales cycle
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams
• Set marketing strategy and ensure operational excellence
