Marketing Manager

You will lead initiatives across product, CRM, digital, brand, analytics, and sales teams, focusing on customer-centricity and data-driven execution.

• Define marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead evolution of value proposition and positioning
• Identify growth opportunities and translate into actionable initiatives
• Drive activation and communication plans with cross-functional teams
• Establish metrics and evaluate initiative impact
• Act as marketing reference within the Insurance business
