Director of Growth Marketing

PointFive is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and own the company's demand engine from the ground up. This role involves managing paid media, lifecycle marketing, outbound orchestration, and pipeline reporting, with significant autonomy to define strategy and allocate budget. You will collaborate with global colleagues and manage external agencies and contractors.

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and execution across multiple channels
• Build and manage email and lifecycle marketing programs
• Orchestrate integrated campaigns and field events
• Align outbound efforts with sales for cohesive targeting and content
• Develop and own pipeline measurement and reporting using various tools
• Improve website conversion paths from traffic to qualified meetings
