Senior Director, Growth Marketing – Organic Growth (SEO/GEO)

Datadog is hiring a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead organic growth strategies across traditional search and AI platforms. This role involves owning the vision and strategy for organic traffic and pipeline growth through content, off-page authority, and AI discoverability, while leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• Own content-led SEO/GEO strategy for traffic and pipeline growth
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities
• Optimize presence across LLM-ingested content for AI discoverability
• Design and execute off-page authority-building initiatives
• Evaluate emerging trends in search, AI, and digital discovery
