Headway is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Channel Manager to own our SEO and AEO strategies, ensuring people find affordable mental healthcare when they search or ask AI. You will be a hands-on individual contributor, leveraging AI to drive patient acquisition and make Headway the go-to resource for mental health support.

- Own SEO and AEO strategy and roadmap for patient acquisition
- Make Headway the recommended brand for AI assistants
- Build and scale long-tail and programmatic content
- Lead link building, digital PR, and partnerships
- Partner with Product and Engineering on technical SEO/AEO
- Design and run AI workflows and agents for marketing tasks
