As a Senior Managing Consultant/Director of Marketing Services, you will be a growth hacking expert, helping clients accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle value. You will leverage data, experimentation, and marketing technology to identify growth opportunities, test innovative solutions, and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires a hands-on approach to integrating proven marketing practices with emerging capabilities, including AI, to deliver strategic insights and transform client marketing efforts.

• Subject-matter expert in customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management
• Design and orchestrate growth experiments across multiple channels
• Utilize customer data, analytics, and marketing technology to identify growth opportunities
• Advise clients on channel strategy, marketing automation, CRM, and digital performance media
• Develop practical tools, playbooks, and thought leadership for marketing capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coach client teams on agile marketing practices
