Senior Director, Digital Marketing

Sprout Social seeks a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead their digital marketing engine, driving pipeline, revenue, and customer growth. This senior leadership role involves developing and executing strategy across web, paid media, and lifecycle marketing, managing a team, and optimizing significant paid media investments.

• Own and evolve digital marketing strategy across web, paid media, and lifecycle marketing
• Lead a team responsible for web/organic growth, paid media, and lifecycle/email marketing
• Manage significant paid media investment with a focus on performance and optimization
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Campaigns to build a data-driven revenue engine
• Serve as a strategic partner to VP of Revenue Marketing and peer leaders
• Own forecasting and performance reporting for digital channels
