Performance Marketing Manager

World Finance is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition across our consumer lending, credit card, and tax filing products. This hands-on role involves building, managing, and scaling paid digital campaigns, directly connecting media spend to key business outcomes like funded loans and credit performance. You'll be in the ad platforms daily, understand lending economics, and collaborate with various teams to launch effective and compliant programs.

• Own paid media strategy, execution, and scaling across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic DSPs
• Manage paid social, lead aggregator, and affiliate partners
• Develop and implement value-based bidding strategies tied to loan value and credit performance
• Ensure campaign compliance with financial product advertising regulations and fair lending principles
• Own full-funnel attribution, measurement, and reporting against key unit economics
• Drive landing page and conversion rate optimization for direct-response campaigns
