Account Manager- Digital Communications

Burson is seeking an Account Manager for Digital Communications to lead client relationships and manage integrated communications programs. You will develop and execute strategies, draft communication materials, build media relationships, and leverage proprietary tools. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as primary point of contact
• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies
• Draft and review communication materials including press releases and media pitches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
• Leverage proprietary tools including Creative Studio, BAV, Decipher, and Generative AI
• Mentor and coach junior team members
