Marketing & Business Development Manager - Energy Pitches & Pursuits

Hogan Lovells is seeking an Energy Pitches and Pursuits Manager to lead strategic proposal development and business development initiatives within the global Energy sector. This role supports the firm's growth by enhancing win rates, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the evolution of the sector's pursuit strategy.

• Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and panel submissions
• Lead the creation of tailored pitch materials for strategic client opportunities
• Manage and enhance pitch content, credentials, and pursuit resources
• Conduct market, industry, and client intelligence research
• Advise and prepare pursuit teams for client presentations
• Monitor and track Energy sector pitch data and client feedback
