Content Specialist

TaskUs is seeking a Content Specialist to join their People Marketing team. This role involves developing and managing internal and external communications, employer branding, and talent acquisition marketing initiatives for a specific region. You will be responsible for content creation, project management, and supporting local hiring campaigns.

• Develop and write internal communications including newsletters and email blasts
• Manage employer branding and talent acquisition marketing projects
• Create proposal decks and project strategy presentations
• Handle marketing requests for recruitment and hiring
• Support local hiring initiatives with marketing materials
• Collaborate with Social Media and Creatives teams for localized campaigns
