Senior Marketing Manager, Growth

Webflow is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth to build and optimize their AI-native marketing operating system. This remote role focuses on unifying webflow.com, AEO, and campaign orchestration into a single pipeline engine. You will run webflow.com as a living website, driving growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous development to prove Webflow's capabilities.

• Own web optimization and A/B testing program on webflow.com
• Run webflow.com as a continuously evolving product
• Build and ship landing pages and site experiences end-to-end
• Own the web measurement layer for end-to-end pipeline attribution
• Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, PMM, and Revenue teams
• Define and lead a mature experimentation program
