Growth Marketing Manager

Endor Labs is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and optimize their inbound engine for technical buyers in the B2B SaaS application security space. You will own paid demand generation, funnel conversion optimization, and ROI management, focusing on quality pipeline growth.

• Own paid demand generation across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and review sites
• Manage budget allocation, bidding strategy, and channel ROI
• Optimize website architecture and conversion paths with A/B testing
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Ops for campaign alignment
• Report on paid program performance, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution
• Build and defend a pipeline forecast model tied to paid spend
