Demand Generation Manager

Footprint is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and own our paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle marketing programs. You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth and directly impacting pipeline by creating compelling campaigns and optimizing conversion rates. This role offers the opportunity to shape demand generation strategy from the ground up within a fast-growing AI company.

• Build and execute paid acquisition strategies across LinkedIn and Google Ads
• Develop and optimize SEO/AEO programs to capture compliance leader searches
• Design and implement lifecycle email nurture journeys to drive pipeline
• Own funnel conversion from ad click to booked meeting
• Establish measurement and attribution frameworks for demand generation programs
• Manage demand generation budget and align with sales and post-sales teams
