Growth & Strategy Lead, GTM

Shelf is seeking a Growth & Strategy Lead to join their core team and accelerate company growth. This high-agency generalist role involves driving growth initiatives, shaping messaging, building systems, and supporting content and events. The ideal candidate has a background in consulting or startups, thrives in ambiguity, and leverages AI and automation for impact.

• Act as a high-leverage utility player on the core team
• Build campaigns, narratives, workflows, analyses, and experiments from scratch
• Leverage AI, automation, and modern tooling for outsized impact
• Own growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution
• Help define how Shelf communicates its value to the market
• Maintain automation workflows and GTM systems
