Customer Experience Manager

Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and lead front-end operations. This role involves training crew members, managing store cleanliness and merchandising, and performing store manager duties in their absence. The ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience and excellent communication skills.

• Train crew on customer service experience and checkout efficiency
• Lead front-end operations and merchandising
• Manage store opening/closing, cleanliness, and recovery
• Perform store manager duties when needed
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery
