Marketing Manager

Arxada is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth and portfolio strategy for its Plastics & Specialties business line. This remote role involves translating market insights into actionable strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading innovation commercialization. You will play a key role in strengthening our market position and accelerating sustainable growth across key plastics and polymer applications.

• Drive profitable growth and portfolio strategy for Plastics & Specialties
• Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies and commercialization plans
• Lead the commercial front end of innovation and new product introductions
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other cross-functional teams
• Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing or product management within specialty chemicals or performance materials
