Verily is seeking a Marketing Operations & Planning Manager to own critical marketing processes including event delivery, promotional review, and contract management. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while also supporting strategic planning and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills in a regulated environment.

What we are looking for

Owns end-to-end event management, from logistics to close-out
Manages the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process
Oversees marketing contract intake, negotiation, and routing
Tracks and forecasts non-labor marketing budgets
Drives process improvements for marketing operations
Supports annual/quarterly planning and OKR reporting
