Engine is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize their marketing technology stack, execute campaigns, and ensure data hygiene. This role is crucial for supporting growth initiatives and pipeline development within the Revenue Operations division.

• Optimize marketing technology stack including Customer.io, Salesforce, Clay, Cargo, and Tray.io
• Execute and deploy marketing campaigns via email, webinars, and events
• Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness within CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Build and manage automation workflows for lead routing and data synchronization
• Support marketing performance reporting and dashboard management
• Streamline processes for campaign operations and lead management
