Senior Demand Generation Manager

Builder Prime is seeking a Senior Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Manager to own and grow their demand engine. This hands-on role involves planning and executing strategies to diversify demand, optimize lead conversion, and target ideal customer profiles, with a focus on leveraging AI. You will be responsible for a sourced pipeline number and collaborate closely with sales and operations teams.

• Manage demand generation plan and contribute to sourced pipeline
• Diversify demand beyond paid search into new channels
• Optimize paid media channels and direct agency partners
• Own and improve lead-to-sale orchestration and handoff
• Support and grow account-based marketing (ABX) motion
• Leverage AI for demand generation problems like account scoring and data enrichment
