Content & SEO Operations Specialist

Breezeway is seeking a Content & SEO Operations Specialist to drive organic growth and revenue. You will own technical SEO, content strategy, and operational workflows, using data to build a compounding content engine. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems and can clearly communicate data-driven insights.

• Own on-site SEO infrastructure, internal linking, and hub-and-spoke architecture
• Manage technical SEO audits, website health, and collaborate with development teams
• Develop and execute off-site SEO and backlink strategies
• Build keyword-optimized content briefs and manage content production workflows
• Maintain keyword maps, track competitor movements, and conduct content gap analyses
• Set up and maintain SEO reporting and revenue attribution metrics
